• Assists clients for their backup support needs by offering contracts for the following services:
      > Annual Maintenance Agreements for Scheduled Maintenance.
      > Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Contracts.
  
  
• Monitors Projects & Contracts carefully for compliance with the terms and condition agreed with the client.
  
  
• Ensures that the equipment under contract is maintained and operated for optimum performance, availability and efficiency.
  
  
• Ensures that the Projects & Contracts are properly implemented by coordinating with the client, principal and other departments of Masco.
  
  
• Assists clients in commercial aspects of their orders.
